Google has about 80 different data centers dispersed throughout the US in geographically specific areas.Your results are likely being pulled in from a different data center than those of your ranking tool. Different data centers can provide different search results for the same search keyword. This means that Google is in the process of updating its index.

Search results can also vary based off of your website history/ cookies that are stored on your computer, physical location and algorithm testing. Clear your cookies, sign out of your gmail account and clear your web history to get the most accurate results possible.
